How do you disassemble a bearing?

Tilt the bearing on its spherical seat 90° from its normal position and slide it out through the slots provided in the housing. NOTE: This is a unit assembly. No attempt should be made to disassemble the bear-ing prior to installation.

How is a non separable bearing dismantled?

If bearings and related parts are to be reused, the disassembly has to be paid particular attention. Non-separable bearing is always dismantled by force acting on the race located with overlap. In separable bearings they are dismantled one by one, analogically with the assembly of these bearings.

How to store bearings in a container?

Also the effect of direct sunlight has to be prevented since it may cause major temperature oscillations in the container. Big bearings, especially those of light series, must not be stored as standing. They should be placed horizontally to avoid deformation of races (rings).
