Matt, I have wondered as well if the Radian''s built in magnetics act like the balancing transformer which would allow an unbalanced load. By the overload specs 100A at 240V and 200A at 120V, that would seem to be the case, but it isn''t clear if the magnetics would overheat if you applied a continuous 4500W or say 5000W 120V load on the inverter.

outbackpower internet access very slow..

Interestingly, pings run 60-70ms, which is equal to or better than any of the many other sites I access daily, yet none of then exhibit this slowness at all. Traceroute shows 17 hops, which is also typical.. It seems that any return traffic (response) from outbackpower is being delayed for some reason, and I would like to resolve this..
